Refund policy

If you are missing any parts or have found broken parts, please email us your phone number, order number, name and/or address so we can identify your order. Please describe in detail as best you can which part or parts is missing and/or broken so we can ship you replacement parts.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund less shipping costs. Please send us an email and inform us of your return. You will have to ship the products back at your expense. Once we receive the products back, we will institute a refund through Shopify. To reduce consumer fraud, please understand that we cannot institute a refund until we receive the item back and is in our possession.
