Shipping policy of KittySkyline.com

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is successfully placed.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order. We will email you with a tracking number when your order is shipped from our warehouse. You are then able to use this tracking number to track your package from us to you.  Our warehouse is located in Southern California.

In the United States we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders using either USPS, UPS or FedEx. Transit times by these carriers is usually 3-5 business days. Sometimes shipping takes longer by these carriers as we have no control of the carriers performance of their duties transporting our product.

If a carrier fails to deliver the product in a timely manner, please contact us to see if we can expedite the process on our end or send a replacement unit if the order was lost by the carrier. 

We do NOT offer International Shipping at this time.
